champions to solo win in silver?
any lane any role idc, just want a champion that can 1v9 to balance the uncarryable burdens who go 1/10 in 8 mins that riot always puts in my team

Play mid or jungle.. With those roles u get most impact in laning phase. Everything else is just meh.
With that said play busted champs like Vi, Heca, Kha, Yi, current Zed, Karthus.
Look almost every chqmpion can do that if you know how to play them. Even yi wont carry every game if you play him like a silver player. Its really just the player more then the champion
Basicaly any one.
You should not be struggling to break a 2 to 1 KDA with lux if your better then silver MMR. She has massive range.... Improve your positioning.
No busted champion can help you climb if you don't have the knowledge how to play League of Legends correctly.
That's more aggressive than a whiskey-covered fist punching an open gut wound.
That said... Illaoi top is always a pretty solid choice if you get used to her methods. Garen's pretty busted too, and if you can play Yi or Yasuo well and get fed, you can walk over almost anything.
Rammus is good for taking fire off less skilled teammates if that's your thing. Braum too.
How about you stay away from the crack, I mean Lux "support"?
