Yea... still 30 seconds lower than most ults. A 60 second cooldown on his ult was bull, considering the AoE damage it dealt.
There is simply no way to justify this retarded nerf, I mean Rammus? really, that is the focus of Riot's nerf? with all this BS in game and you nerf Rammus?
