Looking for a team to join

Hello out there fellow leaguers, I'm looking to join a bronze/silver team since I am Silver 5 in solo. I mainly play top lane because that's what I'm best at but I am willing to learn other positions. I would like a team that teaches but doesn't argue all the time. It doesn't have to be the best team and it can also be a team that learns together.

Since I play top lane these are my most played champions. Cho'Gath - I <3 to nom nom nom Kayle - I like playing her top because she can sustain, win trades and has a fast get away w/o sacrifing Flash everytime. Rammus - I play him situational when going against AD champs or when the enemy has a lot of AD champs on their side.

I'm eastern time zone but work 3 different shifts in a steel mill so I would be on at all different times depending on the week.
