Rammus is still good in low elo

Ok so my go to jungle since I started the game almost 2 years ago has been rammus. I can't seem to figure out why he isn't played a lot in Bronze silver elo.

I mean most my games especially with the assassin update have been easy. I build thorn mail first and I don't upgrade jungle item at all in most games. A lot of people call me noob for this until they see me walk into these assassin's jungles make them kill themselves in 3 hits walk out and gang every lane for a kill(at least the competent ones who actually help with the gank).

Some people tell me it's his clears but I have 3 camps cleared by 3 mins and I'm ganking lane everytime we either get the kill, make them burn a summoner, or make them back for free lane farming. Then I go to skuttle and gank mid and off to farm my other side of the jungle.

So my question is why don't more people play this godly champ in low elo? If anyone would like to try my set up feel free to pm me.

yep, I noticed rushing thornmail on rammus with W max is very deadly, and gives you an awesome power spike.

Unfortunately if the adc has half a brain, late game if they build last whisper and one life steal item, rammus will be pretty useless.

I used to play Rammus. Then I noticed he's too dependant on enemy team being AD. What if majority is AP? Magic resist is not as effective on him, and his ganks aren't that great either.
