Is Death Recap accurate now?
I remember there being discussion about it being bugged and not giving correct information. I never used it before but I want to start now. I need to know if it is accurate now.

After Riot fixed it twice last year (Yes, twice. The first time they fixed it, it was just as bad), it was accurate for about a patch. After that it went back to being utterly useless.
Right now as a 5000 HP tank with full health, going into a teamfight and dying, can result in death recap showing you died... in a second after receiving 600 damage.
Not to mention, even when it shows whole damage dealt, it only ever shows damage from the three most recent sources, for example, Veigar can burst you for 3k, then Caitlyn ults you for 500, then you draw minion aggro and take 10 damage, then another Lee Sin finishes you off with 500 from his ult. The end result is you received 4010 damage, but the summed value is 1010.
Most definitely not. Ignore death recap until it gets a revamp, which will likely include a new aesthetic along with actually useful data.
I wish it was wholly accurate and didnt glitch out on status effects or keystone icons.
Well then I hope this is a somewhat high priority for riot. :D
A good idea for a revamp might be to show all the damage in chronological order so you can easily seperate damage from poke and from the all in or something.
In my time playing it has never and still isn't accurate.
Nope never accurate.
