Yas ulted. Due to combined coding of Yasuo's Ult and the Way Wall displacement works in League of Legends, this Yasuo was able to achieve either close to or the MAXIMUM absolute distance for that to be possible.

So, I'm sorry that you think this is a problem with Yasuo. (wa wa wa he's broken cuz he beat me wa wa wa) It is a problem with the Rito's wall displacement.
