I think Nidalee's base AD could use a buff.

Currently, Nidalee's base AD is equal to Teemo's (who has low base AD because of his E passive).

It'd help out Mid lane Nidalee to be able to CS at early levels.

I think they have it that low to help limit her early jungle clears, which makes sense considering how much early pressure she can exert.
