Veigars missed opportunity

First I will begin this post with one word. opportunity. This is one of Riots favorite terms when it comes to anything from champion updates, to skins. I made this post to show an opportunity Riot is missing.

The most recent case of this was the Kassadin MTU. Riot's reasoning behind giving him some attention was that they had a good opportunity since they were working on balance issues with him. One champ that has had balance issues and would seem like a perfect candidate for ability particle updates or an MTU is .

I'm not here to rant about Veigar's balance in and of itself but I'm here to talk about his visuals. With so much balancing work being done on him I think at LEAST his particles could be updated. Most notably his infamous E, Event Horizon.

Imagine how cool this ability could be with an update! It could be a giant claw that slowly creeps out of the ground with the delay time. His W could be an actual meteor and his R could have the coolest detonation effect in the history of LoL! This is a perfect opportunity

So Riot, I would greatly appreciate any context on your standing as to where Veigar is priority wise, and if you plan on updating him in the future.
