Am i the only one really disappointed on how the victorious sivir turned out?

BECAREFUL: RANT INCOMING her weapon became a circle boomerang. Her Q animation looks the same W animation looks the same E has a small portion of yellow Her ult also has a small portion of yellow her recall is really lackluster comparing it to other 975 skins. /Rant
