Ryze and Cassiopea are utterly broken with Conq. Ryze can fully and effectively facetank melee Champs.

They have near 100% uptime on it. They don't even need to kite anymore. They can just stand there and kill you in melee range.

What the fuck is happening?

How is it that you haven't nerfed this absurdity yet?

NERF CONQUEROR FOR RANGED OR MAGES. Even better just disable it completely.

actually make it AD only and problem solved in that sense. if anything i want other suggestions what will improve it and i dont mean simply reduce it to 3 secs (which is practically no time) of decay.
