HotFix Kleptomancy

I play tanks, which most of the time mean I go even in the laning phase. I'm fine if the enemy outfarms me because it's supposed to happen but every time I go a tank I run into vladimirs with klepto, kayle with klepto, gangplank with klepto, kennen with klepto. Its so unfair that they win the laning phase just because they hit me with lock on abilities. Not like you can gank any of them either unless their stupid. Kennen has lightning rush which unless your nasus or you flash stun hes getting away. Kayle has her ultimate and movement speed buff. Gangplank has his ultimate slow and cleanse, vladmir has his pool of blood.

I know you guys are changing it next patch but at least hotfix it until then. I'm tired of all the bullshit top lane has and its now affecting mid lane too. You see things like mid lane garen and lucian and tristana. These things are very similar to quinn top and vayne top which are both really annoying.

Maybe instead of turning mana pots to sacks of gold for champions with no mana how about convert it to just 40 flat gold if they get a mana pot? It's still money but they don't have the chance of getting 110 free gold off me.
