Clicking Glitch

So this happens about twice everyday for no reason, but whenever I look at another player like my jungler or adc during the beginning of the match I lose the ability to click. My click button is my mouse as I don't have one so is this an issue with my mouse being a spacebar? I have to last hit minions with the attack move set but its super clunky as it attacks the nearest target and not the one i wanted to hit. This is also an issue when hitting towers. I want to get the demolish proc off but I instead hit a minion. Does this happen to anyone else?
