What happens if fizz ults kayn and kayn ults someone?
Does the ult follow kayn into his ult, and still does damage if the ult attached itself to kayn?

yes. and no i play kayn vs fizz and vice versa. it follows kayn but 0 damage hits kayn the fish follows him... now if he was ignited the ignite would kill him since its a DOT currently touching him. damage over times are equipped as delay damage therefore can still touch you as untargetable champs. same with fizz (if kayn ults fizz) fizz will get damaged after kayn ult since the damage if "equipped" onto fizz for the future. karthus though isnt its a targeted spell that locates you then executes its shot kinda like a satellite aiming at you then loses its target.
