Base stat changes for AP and others are coming in

Hot damn. Now some of the low bonuses from resolve make sense.
They'd better give mages the same armor buff they're giving ADCs. AD assassins are as fun as cancer.
The HP per level is garbage because ADC are the hypercarries late game as it is. So with early game compensation buffs for ADCS and HP buffs that are largely meaningless late game for APs (200 hp isn't going to do anything when ADC is hitting u with 1k a shot) leaving ADCs as dominate early and late game while APC have no place in league besides being there to provide a second damage source to prevent 100% armor stacking. The runes are already tilted toward AD with AD getting 100 more gold value out of every rune than AP are. League of AD just getting started.
So mages are only getting health and nothing else while ADCs are getting more AD and Defense. Now I know that is because ADCs usually have AD and Armor runes on and that is why they're getting them and they'll definitely need it for bot lane...but my problem is now ADCs are going to be even more annoying to fight in the mid lane. I'm already tired of seeing
mid (though I personally don't really have to much problems with

My main issue with it is that other classes are getting a decent portion of what they normally get in runes as buffs. Like ADCs and Tanks are getting AD and Armor, and support tanks are getting a lot of Armor, mean while mages get...only HP. We don't get our MR, AP or even some times Mana regen that we would use on runes on top of losing our magic pen runes. We don't even get AD to help with last hitting or small harass.
Add on top of that, no mages even got any buffs to their spells so far either. I know that there is still a lot of time and they might be planing to do all the mages at once, but I'm just worried that they'll be skipped over or forgotten on these skill buff changes, when in reality...they're the ones that will be hurting the most from the removal of the runes..With potentially losing some AP, and magic pen which is already kind of lacking and idk how the mana regen is going to be on the new runes. Like I siad, they'll probably get to mages next but I'm just hoping that they get enough to warrant losing their early pen.

right now it's just a damage buff. most champions received 8 ad and 9 armor (pretty much ad reds and armor yellows), the problem is that 8 ad is way more powerful than 9 armor. most tank supports received 20 armor, mages received hp/lvl
