If I recently autofilled and now have the "role guarantee" thing,
what happens if I queue as Top/Fill? Will I be guaranteed to get top, or can I still get my secondary role (fill)?

If you queue up for it, you can still be filled.

Top / mid mid/bot top/jungle top/adc top/support
If you choose fill as your secondary, you're saying " I would like to fill, please let me fill"
