So with the new devourer we have to ban shyv/ww and possibly yi and yet the common bans from last few patch are no weaker. I mean I know people have been asking for more bans for awhile but I can't actually remember a time before now where there was more than 6 blatantly op champs that needed banning (and we can't ban them).
Are you sure You got your priorities strait? Yi should be at the top of that list. And I really haven't seen any Shyv yet and only one WW.
You should put Jax on that list as well, since he can counter most Devourer user while using it himself.
Warwick was nerfed with raw numbers on his passive and ult, and his ult doesn't work with sated devour so he shouldn't be oppressive. In fact because he can no longer scale infinitely I would expect him to be no stronger than he was last patch if not weaker
