She is just a whole kinds of problematic right now, it's hard to make it work when you pick Kindred.
Kindred is weak at almost every stage of the game (early, mid and late).

While I agree, I just find it difficult to play her efficiently.

I would say that they are a difficult to play, low reward champion currently. I think I know the patch you are talking about, but that lasted for about a day, and I would say that was mostly about not knowing how to play against them since they have at times been in the top 10 least played champions though not currently. While they are not the weakest, they could definitely use some love.

But she is weak in some ways, her rework did make her more weak because all her passive does now just gives her bonus range, and it's hard to get those stacks since everyone can see on the map where the mark is.
Just because she was good or still is in korea doesn't mean she was good in every other region.
Korea in general play champions (can't think of any as of right now specifically) that are considered to be a bad pick, or a champion that is already been nerfed several times.
