The amount of fkin fail to balance this champ is just baffling to me, I mean I'm playing fkin Akali mid, I might not have much reason to complain, but when she's 0/3 and goes bot to pick up 2 kills and comes back and already out duels a single target assassin that's 3/0 there is something wrong there. You guys had 0 problem giving Akali utility nerfs, how about Kat now? Make her have to AA to proc Q and reduce her god damn scaling, it's such shit that you have to deal with someone who has an AOE that can practically kill you 1.5x in a full duration mid/lategame, which isn't that long. Might I add that if she has a couple kills she takes 3/4 of your carries health with a simple Q, E...

The most ironic part is that Kat shoulda been the first one that got utility nerfs since she has ALWAYS had the higher winrate, and for a low skill floor champion that kinda speaks for itself. A low skill floor low ceiling champ should sit around 47-50% as Akali is right now, not 54%
