Anyone else thinking Vi needs some adjustment?

~~Just me? ~~ The fact that she gains a shield just for hitting somebody with an ability is annoying and stupid. But it's nothing compared to her point and click ult that deals at least 250 damage and can't be stopped unless you become untargetable. And you could say armor makes her useless, but she has armor penetration if she hits her Q, then uses basic and resets it with her E.
