imagine if brand stun was 3 secs and considering that got nerfed from 2 to 1.5 is seems fair to do it to her

Well seeing as his has nearly half the cd, requires set up, is a stronger cc, and moves nearly 1/3 as fast as hers, yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah.

Brand can do 3/4 of your hp in one spell rotation. His W range is ridiculous.
