What could change in Rise of the Elements before release
Happy 10th to all! With the new changes I wanted to share my opinion on the dragons:
Ocean- perfect design and execution, gr8 all in all
Fire- 1 the passive is really good, but then it gives more wave clear + the new assasin items... but then if assasins have wave clear, it means that its seriously bad, maybe lower the ad scaling a bit, because only assasins and adcs will use the ad scaling and personally it should be nerfed before it comes live
2 the map isnt impacted too much, its the same like alcoves but for a elemental drake, while ocean gives more honeyfruit troughout the jg and biggers bushes which leads to less vision and interesting new plays with the dragon pit bush, it impacts solidly. the fire one only opens the buffs, which in low elo will be non existent since they all aram mid, maybe (red buff parts) open the edges of raptors and open the krug walls for 2 entrances instead of 1, (blue buff side) remove half of the wall with the new added bush, a bit of the big wall and open wolf caves. 3 i had a personal idea where blast cones would be empowered and knock you really far away but then also destroy the vision plants
Wind- its useless again, the passive is gr8 but it will be too much, like bunnyfufu showed in the video from LA, lux had 6 sec ult cd... you know its broken, but its easier to nerf drag then global ult cd to be shifted. the win tunnels are useless because, yet again, its only around the buffs, I imagined it being connected randomly from one jungle entrance to the next and one big tunnel trough the river, but it gives soo little ms that i tought it would look like kled ult at 1st but then it looks useless, it would be better to have more larger tunnels if we didnt have cd on ult and every aa after 3 dragons
Earth- solid passive that is actually gonna be good for tanks, even the passive after the 3rd will be annyoing for assasins, but i wish riot dived more deeper into the rift change and made it more crazier beause it would be more fun, like random walls that can form mazes trough the river and not only create like 8 rocks across the map, maybe even give a mud slow for 5-10% around the rocks
Honestly, these are crazy ideas, but crazy is more fun then solid/normal. This probably wont impact anything about the dragons but its at least fun to discuss it early.
