This is how BunnyFuFuu got Lux ult to 6 sec cd - Rise of the Elements 3rd cloud dragon

Have you seen how Bunny got 6 cd ult on Lux with the 3 new cloud drakes? I went into custom to literally try it myself, I got Lux lvl 2 ult which is 60 sec cd, with 40% cdr its 36 sec +5% from cosmic its 33 sec), from 36 sec with ult hunter it becomes 27 sec and with presence on 1 kill its 24.3 sec

Bunny used only cosmic and ultimate hunter with a rank 3 ult its 16.5 sec cd which means that the cloud drake gives around 60% according to my math but im sure its much lower, but if it is, it doesnt make sense, because it would be too op but then there is no other answer... Here is the math, correct me if Im wrong, maybe in a mathem. order but idk im not too good at math:

Lux ult cd: 80 60 40 sec Lvl 3 ult (40 sec) - 40% cdr + cosmic insight(% max cdr) is 22 sec 22 sec - ultimate hunter (25% cdr on ult) is 16.5 sec to get 6.6 sec you need 16.5 sec - 60% cdr

I think nerfing this and the new aoe from fire will be too much to give to assasins that also have tiamat and the new item that gives attack speed when no allies are nearby which is too much riot.
