Buff Bards Mana regen..its so poor man...
He really needs it. the Chimes very often spawn WAY to far from his lane and he can't leave the lane that far or his adc will get tower dived just for some mana

Deep Terror Nami1 votesI don't think his mana is that big of a problem. His heal sucks so it's not worth using too much, which is where most of his mana would go. Pick up some mana support items and/or the Mastery.

the mana cost for his W is so high for a weak heal.
