Janna's Eye of the Storm befuddles me

Ok, so... I'm confused.

Scenarios:

a) an unshielded turret hits an enemy, Janna shields the turret and kills the enemy with an autoattack before the turret hits the enemy again, does janna get a kill and an assist for this?

b) an unshielded turret hits an enemy, Janna shields the turret and her teammate kills the enemy before the turret hits the enemy again, does janna get an assist for this?

c) You shields a turret, the shielded turret hits the enemy a few times. The shield wears off. The turret shoots the enemy and kills it. Does Janna get an assist for this (i.e. the shielded turret assisting the unshielded turret)?

d) a shielded turret hits an enemy, Janna kills the enemy with an autoattack, does janna get a kill and an assist for this?

Like, this is pretty crazy and there's no clarification on the wiki. Is this something that just needs to be fully tested? Is there a resource out there that clearly explains it?

A) Janna gets a kill. You only get an assist when another champion kills the enemy. B) She shouldn't be getting an assist. C) Janna gets the kill unless they take too long and get executed. D) See A.

The only interaction with her shield and a turret that you really need to know about is this:

Any turret that kills an enemy while shielded by Janna gives Janna an assist. Otherwise, all other rules regarding turret kills apply.

Also, there is NO way you can get an assist and a Kill on the same target at the same time. It's impossible.
