AFK forgiveness

This game has been out since 2009 and after 6 years there is still no forgiveness when a team mate disconnects from the game. You know when they disconnect from the game because you highlight their name in red at the end. so why does everybody else get penalized? This is silly stupid, there is no logic that justify's penalizing the entire team because 1 player rage quits or disconnects. Penalize them, but not the rest of the team.

It happens over and over.. and over and over again. Start a ranked game and somebody quits in the first 3 minutes of the game. What's the point?

If a player is getting bullied out, then there should be a mechanism for him to report and have the chat reviewed. For him to be bullied it would have to be extreme in the chat. There is a reporting system, they should use it in cases like that. Otherwise, they shouldn't punish players for things out of their control.

Riot is afraid of teams bullying out a sigle payer to disconnect and that way the rest won't get penalized for losing the game.

You could go a step further and say that they take 2x or 3x the burden. Punish players who quit in Ranked.
