Yasuo is annoying
I can't recall every losing a lane to Yasuo with the champs I normally use, so I'm not saying he needs a nerf, but his mobility, passive and wind wall make him extremely annoying.
In the last match I played against him, I used 
Of course this was absolutely no challenge, but certain things annoyed me
If I did my E AA Q combo to fast, his freaking passive would absorb it the whole combo, so after I did my E AA, I had to wait for the white bar to drain before pressing Q, of course he also anticipated the W R follow up, threw out a wind wall and it destroyed all the blades from the W and R that would have hit him. This allowed him to get away that time.
On top of not being able to engage him around a minion wave because he just dashes through them all over the darned placed, forced me to endure his Q strikes to wait until he burned his dash on the minions before I used my E.
Between the passive and the wind wall, it's a little too much. I think you can buff, but change his kit. I have no problem with him being twice as strong, but the passive shield/wind wall is just broken.
