She'll still be trash. I'm looking forward to idiots trying her thinking they'll actually win the lane.

That's the best part, buffing her damage won't do anything but make it feel more broken. Buffing her early game CD on her ult might actually have been a good buff. As it stands, she'll stay underwhelming compared to literally any other meta top laner.

Basically, unless you know her it's not like this buff means anything. And if you know her, this buff just means people aren't going to be escaping with 50 HP anymore.
