What is the Nemesis Icon and how many games to get it?

I've heard its only one game in nemesis that you've finished till the end fully, but I have yet to receive the icon if that's the case. Anyone have some info on it?

The icon is going to start being distributed a week before Nemesis will close, I believe, so the icon will not be available at the moment.
