Are we ever going to address Flex Queue's matchmaking or just let it continue go to shit?

This applies to both Flex 5v5 and 3v3, 80% of my games are cluster-fucked with silver's and diamonds both in the same game, regardless of what team their on. Yes, I'm well aware they have a separate MMR, but I just cannot fathom how you guys at riot can't come up with a single solution so it's not just a stomp every single game. It's honest to god bullshit seeing a 18/3 Katarina, then looking at the MMR across the players, and seeing that she's diamond 4 in solo queue with an unranked player on her team. Call me a fucking cry baby, but it just get's old REAL QUICK.
