RIOT, please.

Ok, i've had enough of these players who take champions they've never played before in ranked. I had a last season plat 3 ekko on my team who's never touched the champion before and brings him top lane, and feeds his ass off, while i'm over here busting my ass trying to carry the game, but it was a nasus top, so he just split pushed into infinity. Ekko ended up going 0/13/6 and we lost without being able to do anything because annie roamed top a billion times, even when i pinged, so she got fed as well.

What i'm trying to say here is, is that i'm getting tired of auto losing the game because people don't take the effort or time to practice a champion in normals. This is just a personal opinion, but I feel like RIOT needs to implement a system to where you have to be a certain mastery level (say 4) to take them into ranked. This is happening way too much because kids are too intoxicated to think "hey, maybe this isn't a good idea". It's like how ryze got reworked, so every monkey wants to play him, but not practice him. I don't know, just my opinion.
