From what I have seen, she is revealed under towers, but cant be autoed. Ability's should still hit her, should be annoying for marksmen and auto champions. In the vid I saw, Shroud duration recloak looks to be set so that she will get hit by a tower after attracting aggro. I don't know if that's intentionally in place for balance or if it was just the player had bad timing on tower shots.

I think im gonna wait and see befor making any judgments on it.
