I feel adcs outdps her and they just have to right click the targets and they get a hell lot of sustain out of it and many of them have more mobility and range than her, only hope is that you land your ult on them, otherwise they can pretty much outforce Cassio's dps, and if you do more damage, wahtever, they heal more than you! feels unfair. Back in the days it was not like that! [zombie-brand-mindblown]
Cassio is supposed to be an apc
Cassiopea can access more health item than adc and has a good substain for a mage
Everytime im against a good cass i cant get close to her, she melts in seconds and if i try to fight she ults, or kites back with slow and her grounded. Even if i beat her i take plenty of DoT to not be relevent until i life steal back for a bit
She definitely does less to tanks

because the only damage multiplier AP get is deathcap with 35% while ADC's get a 250% damage multiplier with infinity added in the mix
