Akali
Nerfing Akalis is needed, I think that the ones that dont play the game are the Gameplay Boards
From my experience playing against Akali there is very little room for counterplay, the "counterplay" is just hoping she messed up and capitalize off of it rather than Dodge X ability go in on her while it's on CD cause Q has a relatively short CD most of the game and since akalis Empowered AA refunds energy as well as her simply using shroud their are rarely times she's OOE compared to let's say Zed who has to land two of the same ability on you for a measly 30-50 energy refund when your full combo costs 165-125 of your 200 energy so the energy bonus really isn't worth it till later in the game where as Akali can get 40-80 energy refunded as the "cost" for shroud Plus empowered AA for more on top of that. But hey this is just my opinion from what I've played against her as many different champions and my issue is the consistency of energy costs to the amount a champion using energy can refund and under what conditions they get energy refunded
Akali deserves to be a difficult champion to play or the rewards she offers.
These nerfs help push that fact.
