Arurf on live?

Hello all, So Arurf has been on pbe for a while now and i have been playing the heck out of it, but my brother in law does not have a pbe account he has been patiently waiting for it to be put on live. I thought it would be there this weekend (simply based on the fact that it has been on pbe for a while) but it is not and he is way bummed, plus i would prefer playing with a friend rather than random people on pbe. So anyways my question is, is it going to be on live at all and does anyone know when that might be? Thank you in advance
