Aram Champions

Hello fellow Summoners, I have an alternate account which i am using only for ARAM (i play only aram on my main account but i plan on collecting all champions on it whereas the alternate account will only collect champions who do well in aram) because of this i wanted to get some advice on which champion i should buy next. I have done quite a bit of research and i am currently stuck deciding between 3 champions, Ahri, Lux, and Vel'koz. I have played all three and i feel i do decently with them (Lux is actually in my top 3) but i cannot decide who i should save up for, i currently have 3047 IP and i need to know if i should buy lux in 33 more IP or save up for one of the other two. Even though i did say Lux is in my top 3 i do not want it to sway your vote, i would like to keep an open mind to all three rather than just choosing the one i am best with (out of the three) so please post your opinion of the three listed and i will take your comment into consideration.

Note that this is just for the current moment, i will eventually obtain all three but earning IP in Aram can be very slow so i want to know if i should save up for the most expensive and work my way down or get the one that is slightly better than the others. I am also open to hearing your opinions on some other good Aram champions as well just please include your opinion of the three listed above along with your comment.

So you're trying to set up an account with only OP ARAM champions in order to beat the system? Why? I honestly don't understand what would be appealing about doing that. You're taking the random out of all random all mid.

Also Sona, Soraka, Ziggs, and Xerath are the only champs you'd need.

Udyr, Shyvanna are ones I would recomend.

Thus, go for Lux now. Vel later (he's up there if you expand it out to look at the top 15). Ignore Ahri.

lux is a beast on aram and if shes the cheapest def get her next. I personally prefer vel, think he is better but lux is a must. Also if you end up getting really bored on your aram account think of me=) I rr or trade lux now cuz I think shes boring.
