is botrk not a core item on my home girl vayne anymore? and lets add my home boy zed to the topic

Yeah yeah, BOTRK got nerfed and the new core items (rapid fire + statik + IE or something) on vayne make her one shot people or whatever but isn't botrk still a reliable item? I mean, maybe it won't be a rush item anymore but even with its passive nerf, its utility is still untouched: its active can help a vayne kite, heal, dmg. Idk, but I have the feeling BOTRK got kicked out of Vayne's life so yeah I'm just pretty curious

And how do you guys feel about BOTRK as a core item on Zed still? I'm pretty sure its still viable cause its active utility is still amazing imo but it probably won't be a rush item cause Youmou is now stronger in raw damage and the Cutlass' gold increase = )':

ok maybe i answered my own question about BOTRK + Zed but I'm still wondering about BOTRK + Vayne. And if you have any unmentioned points about BOTRK + Zed, feel free to speak about it lol

It's still a great item, it's just no longer THE go to item no matter what the matchup is.

Prior to the nerf, I felt that BotRK was just too good all around. It's sustain, it's Tankshred, It wasn't bad as a stand alone damage item. (or with Tri force), it synergized with AS and on-hit, and it had a powerful active.

Now, not nearly as good stand alone, but probably balanced around those who synergize with it. You might want to combined it with Giant slayer, if your going for tank shred. And of coarse the active is as good as always.

I don't really play Assassins much. BotRK is still good for it's Active, and damage. (considering all damage dealt would work with your ult.) If your looking for an alternate sustain option. Death's dance might work. Would work well with Zed's spells, but it would be more of a defensive option.
