What would it be? Even if it sounds OP, if it'still suitable to the champ's kit, it's fine
Zed: next auto does empowered damage or makes his shadows automatically auto the nearest unit (prioritize champ)
Braum: does a weak randuin ice slow (high cd)
Azir: summons sand turret from broken turrets and gets a different passive
Khazix: a toggle passive that has to do something with the theme of adaptation--toggle on/off based on his situation

I think this would be better paced in Memes&Games.
Though the idea is interesting.
Nautilus; Reef Knot When activated, he generates a rocky reef around him for a time; any enemy blinks into, or out of this field, become rooted after travel for 1.5 seconds. Dashes are just slowed to half speed briefly.
Chogath; Colossal Collision He roughly swipes ahead, knocking back all enemies in front of him, damage & distance increases with his size. (Does not count as pop-up.)
Jhin; Set the Stage Raises a curved set of seats for the audience, the arc size increases with distance from him when cast, and is temporarily impassable terrain. Everyone close to it gains increased critical hit chance & critical hit damage.
If Darius is in combat with an enemy for more than 5 seconds after acheiving Noxian Might, The DoT will turn into a blast instead. Dealing same damage all at once. e.g. 27 (60) * 5= 135+300= 435. Similar to 
but the passive will still continue on and will deal DoT damage. The CD will be 10 seconds.
