Rito Needs A New MMR system.

Have you ever went 12-3 but everyone else on your team is 0-7, 1-8, 2-13, etc? We need a system that detects players that are performing very well in their games and notices that they lose to team mates. It happens to everyone im sure, but coming from me(not trying to sound cocky) i hardly ever lose lane. I can start off 5-0 and then bot and mid feeds 15 kills. I believe there should be a system that detects certain players such as myself and when they lose a game their mmr does not go lower, and they gain a small amount of LP (or at least dont lose LP) for a loss. this system will be great to detect players who are trying to carry elo hell on their shoulders and get them to the rank they belong. Feel free to leave feedback, im really annoyed when i cant carry an underskilled team.
