15 + 21 + 40 + 20 = 96 (+148% AP) = 142 magic damage
Against a level 1 Kog'Maw, this will do roughly 1/5th of his HP. Not counting the physical damage from Sona and her ADC's autos because any ADC+enchanter support can do that.

In this spirit of how you posted I want to point out that he has 875 ranged nuke that deals double damage when used right and only has a 0.5 second delay on it so its impossible to dodge if the karth players got even HALF a functional brain... from a alcoholic chimpanzee that's done years of meth. As a Sona player, (now Nami, because shes better in healing and offense), I kinda prefer her old kit, where Q and W had aura effects. The old kit actually fit her canon far more than the modern kit, where she is a musician who's ancient instrument causes physical effects on listeners based on the song tone. I dont know what the modern kit is supposed to reflect, but it doesnt 100% fit canon
