revert runes

they are too powerful now and force a trash meta while abusing power differences in champions. The old runes had much more room for creativity and wasn't absolutely gamebreaking or anything like these new runes are. The old runes were made to either cover up weaknesses, play into your strengths, or to be creative and come up with ways to make otherwise weak champs somewhat stronger by making their stats better. Now with these runes you have to do what's strong and what the runes allow you to do all while picking the champ that synergizes the best with the runes more than other champs.

the runes ruin games for being just too strong (conqueror) or if you pick the wrong ones too weak.
