remove fizz's E
all i gotta say, and if not then simply make him take reduced damage because his magical pole gives him a shield of water that lessens the damage of all blows or something, a 2 second invuln is too god damn much for this champ.

P R I S M Corp2 votesI feel like the worst part of his E is that no matter if you're faster than him or not, he can just bail out of whatever you already threw at him.
Maybe make it so that he cannot be targeted, but abilities that are already cast on him still hit ?
