It's almost 2016 and we still have to wait 20 minutes before getting out of a terrible game. With the new season this is even more painful as the games snowball so hard. We should be able to surrender at the 10 minute mark, 15 at the worst. Why Riot can't seem to grasp this is mind boggling.

I'd say 93% of my games last past 40 min. I don't think snowballing is a problems as much as people giving up after one death. People don't realize how much winning teams throw games because they get overly cocky.
I swear you really can't wait 20? 20 is usually the end of LANE PHASE borderline. If you seriously are too butthurt to wait 20 minutes to give up then that's your problem. It strictly says "Average match time 30-45 minutes" so quit whining and actually try to bring a match to lategame before giving up.
I feel that there are a lot of people who, like myself in the past, get thrown into rolls they don't excel at(summoners rift), or champs they can't play well (aram), and want to just end. So, instead of spamming you with wanting to surrender, they give you time to try and come back. Which 20 min is a quite a bit of time. I mean, just my opinion ^_^
2nd game of the night, I'm 1/0 in my lane at the 8 minute mark.. the rest of the team is 0/11. Games like this are a waste of time. If you guys find that entertaining then I'm not sure what kind of games you are playing. It's a waste of 12 minutes, I would prefer to start another game and have a better match up. Maybe this is why the Koreans dominate us every single year.
