@riot since you are addressing items on PBE , can you nerf Runaan's Hurricane ?

Runaan's Hurricane gold efficiency is too strong right now ,it costs 2600 but its value is much higher gold value 40% attack speed = 1000 7% movement speed = 275 30% crit chance = 1200 15 on hit damage = 375 overall 2850 without the passive price 2600

suggested changes 35% attack speed = 875 5% movment speed = 200 30% crit chance = 1200 15 on hit damage = 375 overall 2650 without the passive price 2700 you can lower the AD on IE and essence reaver to 60~65 and reduce there costs if you want to compensate
