Is the planned Akali VGU going make her weaker or stronger in laning phase?

Please for the love of god say weaker because I don't enjoy getting 100 to 0 in 3 seconds the after she gets . She is completely unfun to play against and definitely deserves to get gutted IMO. : Who are you? : I'm you but stronger,faster,easier and hit less by the nerf hammer.

I just don't like her because she has 0 skillshots, she's not exactly the hardest champion I know of and she just scales well when she turns level 6 and get's this item item 3146 . Not that this really matters since I don't come across that many Akali players in general.
