Season 10 and the client is still broken

Thanks to the recent update,launching the client makes your entire computer "freeze" for a while, then it starts up.

Also randomly perma freezing in the game is still an issue. It can happen twice a match. Before I found a solution you had to actually restart your PC to be able to do anything because if you were playing full screen you couldn't alt+tab out of the game. I have to play the game borderless so I can alt+tab,open task manager and shut the game down if it perma freezes. It still freezes though I don't know how to solve that. Multi billion company game should fix their first game before branching out imo.
