because champions have limitations because champions are designed with strong points in the game because ranged vs melee discrepancy
because you have no clue that the difference between challenger and diamond is consistency of decision making and after d4 the mechanics of everyone on their mains is pretty much peaked
currently neeko is VERY strong in the toplane as an on-hit champ.
TFblade playing jax (whom is generally speaking weaker in the early game.) against a ranged-lane bully is merely showing what happens nowadays if you get counter-picked or first pick a champ with strong counter: you get shoved under turret and become useless until you find an opportunity to capitalize on a opponents mistake.
That the enemy evelynn is pressuring him into staying under tower/recalling is good coordination or just plain good gameplay on the enemies part.
i will agree that neeko top is currently too strong, but once she gets nerfed another oppresive toplaner will take the spot: no doubt about it.

That's seriously how you come off. Being counterpicked and outplayed is just part of the game, and being so SET in your ways that you really think there's only one proper way to play is a sign of a failing mind on the part of the guy in the video. "This is the proper way to play this lane." As if there was only ONE way to play toplane.

personally i do feel neeko needs nerfs to her on-hit...or her bind....i would go so far as to say either her extended root needs to be removed or her 3 hit passive removed, she is incredibly opressive in any melee match up...to the point where you need to be ranged to have a chance
