Darius buffs REVERTED

why just why riot.. why cant we have nice things? why cant we nerf nid? why cant we make fighters strong and rewarding to play? why r u forcing us to play aids champions? im out of words riot... u buffed up kennen and now ryze? do u really think we enjoy these champions? or even play against them? i never been so upset about a pbe change but this one is special...

i thought maybe one day riot will give darius some love and make him atleast playable but now its gone. giving us false hopes and now leaving us in the dusts for another 2 years

I dunno what everyone is going on about...I still see Darius dominate top lane. I actually have not seen a Darius lose top lane...he is quite strong to be honest. His damage is quite ridiculous, and as far as "aids" champions go I put him into that pile as well. He may not be SUPERMEGAOPASAURUS REKTS but he is still a strong champion. Besides, he is immobile for a reason. He has a weakness, he needs his weakness.

Surprise surprise. You see him "dominate" in the ... silver-gold range you're in, the only place he was ever any good.

His weaknesses as of current: Complete shit late game. Often still shit early game because the melees he likes to fight don't even go top lane. Harassing as Darius pushes the lane. No mobility, making the previous issue far more significant. Ultimate costs a majority of his mana bar, leaving him unable to even do the cool thing he was built to do, chain some dunks.

His strengths: He can win lane against certain melee top-laners.

Aaaaand... that's it. That's his only strength. He's a so-so counter-pick against champions that aren't even picked right now.

That being said, the buff is still going though sort of. Its going to be %Mana refund instead of free, and they're pushing it back a patch.

In all honesty, he was never that great in anything above Gold, but people will cry because most players aren't above gold, so that's another borderline un-viable champion thanks to the tears of those who still whine about Shen's ult being OP.

Extremely binary champ is impossible to balance properly, therefore extremely binary champ gets relegated to the trash heap. This is not new, and not surprising. You chose the wrong main if you were wanting a balanced experience. He'll be getting a rework at some point, and then you can complain about that instead.

and btw i main darius because hes interesting. and im not a sheep whore who picks cancer champs and still suck at the game
