they generally don't nerf champions upon releasing a new skin, or its caused by a resurgence in popularity because of the skin that they take a look at the champion but that kind of seems unlikely, i think its more of a coincidence.

He's not that good in the current meta and hasn't seen much pro-play if any. Riots gonna be too busy with syndra/gnar/nami/etc.

increase his aa range and shroom scaling (50% ap scaling on an ult that can be cleared by pinks and oracles is too damn low).
