Sylas in One for All

Seeing how Sylas relies on the enemy to use his ultimate, Sylas would be a bit... one dimensional within that game mode. Although All for one- or one for all (I can't remember which one it is named) is great on its own merit most wouldn't be see such a thing as much of a problem and I don't either. At first it made me think about how to go about it like bans and then a RNG pooling system to vote who to play, but that's not fun or open for opportunity for anyone. So if Sylas is chosen, could it be possible to add an RNG component to his R instead? All I'm saying is that this could level out the playing field a bit and make him a bit more desirable within a 5v5 of Sylas vs Sylas.

Edit: I know that this kind of mirror match up must somehow happen in the first place, but that said aside if it does happen, you'll be playing without an ultimate. I for one feel as if this makes them unfinished and I don't enjoy playing with 90% of a finished champion.
