Just wondering about champion mastery

I tried posting this yesterday but it got deleted instead of being moved or answered from help & support section. I got an s- in norms yesterday and did not receive a token. Can you still get tokens with an s- or has it changed?

What is you mastery level with Azir?

If it is 1-4, you don't get any tokens If it is 5 you get them for S-, S, and S+ If it is 6 you get them for S, S+ but not S-
